Unique Trading launches Brighto Paints exclusive showroom in Qatar

The launch of Brighto Paints Experience Centre in Qatar marked a significant step in strengthening economic ties between Qatar and Pakistan. A local company collaborated with Brighto Paints, a premium Pakistani paint brand, to open a showroom at Unique Electricals & Building Materials in Al Aziziyah.
Unique Trading Co, a Qatari building material supplier, organized an inaugural ceremony to celebrate the launch. The event was attended by a large number of Pakistani business community members, who were later treated to traditional Pakistani cuisine.
Syed Ahsan Raza Shah, Ambassador of Pakistan to Qatar, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Other distinguished attendees included:

The formal inauguration featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by the ambassador and the chairman of Unique Trading Co. Additionally, a cake was cut to commemorate the strengthening economic relations between the two nations.
In his speech, the Pakistani ambassador expressed his pleasure at the event, highlighting Brighto Paints success in Qatar since its introduction a year ago. He acknowledged the strong political, diplomatic, and historical relations between the two countries while emphasizing the need for enhanced economic and commercial collaboration. He noted the substantial increase in bilateral trade following the blockade of Qatar two years ago but emphasized that there is still much room for growth. He urged his embassy team, Pakistani businesspeople, Qatari partners, and the Pakistani business community in Qatar to work together in strengthening economic ties further.
Al-Muftah, in his address, praised the brotherly ties between Pakistan and Qatar and commended the high quality of Brighto Paints’ products. Reflecting on his recent visit to Pakistan and a Brighto Paint factory, he expressed confidence in the brand’s success in Qatar.
Khawaja Khurram Sikka, Managing Director of Brighto Paints, outlined the company’s achievements and expressed hope for a successful partnership with Unique Trading Co. He reassured attendees that Brighto Paints would maintain its high standards and work towards becoming a leading brand in Qatar with the support of its Qatari partners.
In his welcome address, Imran Rafique shared the journey of Unique Trading Co., which was established in 2003 under the leadership of Abdul Rahman Mohammad M al-Muftah. Initially importing materials from China, India, Pakistan, and the UAE, Rafique aspired to introduce a high-quality brand to Qatar. After extensive exploration, he found Brighto Paints to be an ideal choice. He was impressed by the company’s professionalism, adherence to international standards, and commitment to research and development.
Expressing gratitude, Rafique acknowledged the support of the Pakistani Embassy, the Pakistan Business Forum, and the Pakistani fraternity in making this venture a success.
